When can I move in?
Move in is typically 15 days after the application is approved and the deposit has been paid. Arrangements can be made to move in sooner if needed.
Is there parking available?
Most properties offer off-street parking.
How are maintenance request handled?
Maintenance requests are handled through our online tenant portal. Requests can be submitted 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The online portal provides an option to upload video of the issue to ensure the appropriate contractor is dispatched for the job.
Are utilities included in the rent?
No. All utilities are paid by the tenant.
How do you prefer to communicate with tenants?

What is the application process?
Completing the application, background check, proof of income, references (depending on credit), pay deposit, sign lease.
How long is the lease?
Lease terms are 1 year for the first year. After the first year, the tenant will have the option to go to month-to-month or enter a 1-, 2- or 3-year lease.
What’s the penalty for breaking the lease?
The penalty for breaking a lease can vary depending on state laws and the property manager. Some penalties may include forfeiting your security deposit, pay several months of rent or paying a percentage of the amount of rent left in our lease term.
Is renter’s insurance required?
Yes. Renters insurance helps cover your belongings if they’re stolen or damaged by a covered peril, such as a fire. Renters insurance can also provide liability coverage that helps protect you financially if you’re found legal responsible for someone else’s injuries or damage to their property.
When is the rent due and how do I pay it?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month with a five (5) day grace period. After the five (5) day grace period, a late fee will be applied.
How much notice do I give before vacating the property?
Typically, the lease agreement specifies how much notice you need to provide the property management company before moving out of the property.
